I would suggest upgrading to the newer version of our service, where web calling and additional dial-in numbers will allow some participants to bypass those restrictions. There is also the option to upgrade to a paid plan which would include toll free numbers to guarantee your callers don’t get charged. If you want to switch to the new FreeConference, just confirm with us and we will get you set up and send along the new info.

T-Mobile and MetroPCS have recently changed their nation-wide calling plans, and have started charging their customer 1¢ / minute to dial most free conference calling phone numbers, including some of the US  dial-in numbers we provide. This charge affects ALL free conference calling services, not just FreeConference.com.

We apologize for any interruption to your service. However, this issue is NOT originating from our end, and we certainly would have no reason to restrict users' access to our service. We strongly recommend that anyone experiencing these issues open a trouble ticket with their long-distance provider.
