For PC users, Right-click the link and select “Save target as” or “Save link as”. Choose the location on your computer where you would like to save the file and then select “Save.”

If you're using a Mac with OS X, you can download your MP3 file by holding down "Ctrl" while you click on the link to your recording. Doing so will bring up a menu of options, and you will want to "Save Linked File As..." and download the MP3 to your local drive.
